Requirements

Able to determine which maintenance requests are a priority and able to adapt when a higher priority comes up
Hands on troubleshooting skills
Physically able to work with heavy equipment. i.e. can lift 50 pounds or more
Good customer relations skills
Basic electrical, carpentry, and mechanical experience required
Proven maintenance experience required
Experience in a fast paced maintenance role required

Nice To Haves

Previous work experience in Industrial manufacturing field preferred

Responsibilities

Completes Maintenance requests plant wide
Coordinate with manager regarding maintenance and housekeeping needs
Follow preventative maintenance schedule
Maintain and repair heavy industrial equipment, i.e. fork lifts, CNC equipment, overhead cranes
General maintenance requests such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment as needed
Support equipment installs, modifications, and continuous improvement efforts
Follow all safety procedures including PPE
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Attends monthly safety meetings
Support equipment installs
