About The Position

Keep production running and ensure everyday products like shipping labels, packaging, event tickets, and pharmacy printouts meet top quality standards. Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial machinery to drive operational excellence. Work with skilled teams in a supportive environment that values mentorship, safety, and continuous learning. Structured schedule with first 6 months on 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, then rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for work-life balance and long stretches of time off.

Requirements

• 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) with industrial journeyman’s card required
• Certified Millwright or Pipefitter with 5 years of experience
• Willingness to continue education to become a dual-trade journeyman performing both Millwright and Pipefitting duties

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery
• Apply preventative and predictive maintenance to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Support efficient, high-quality production through cross-team collaboration
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and document maintenance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
