About The Position

Be the go-to expert keeping our production lines running. Picture a typical day: you arrive, review overnight maintenance logs, and jump into diagnosing a stubborn production fault using schematics, manuals, and drawings. You isolate an electro-mechanical issue, swap in the right part from the storeroom (following withdrawal and return procedures), document the repair in our ERP, and coach a teammate on preventive steps to avoid a repeat. By afternoon, you’re executing preventive maintenance, tuning a drive, and closing out work orders to ISO-compliant standards—all while keeping the area orderly and safe.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma/equivalent required.
  • Mechanical pre-test required prior to employment.
  • Ability to read and use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers).
  • Clear speaking/presentation skills to lead effective meetings.
  • Must pass a multiple-choice test with a handwritten section.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair production and plant equipment with minimal supervision using provided documentation.
  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and electrical problems; apply robust preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Identify faulty components and create accurate requisitions with correct nomenclature for spares/replacements.
  • Navigate storerooms confidently and follow all withdrawal/return protocols.
  • Apply general machine shop knowledge; operate basic machine shop equipment and standard hand tools.
  • Maintain required records and follow established maintenance procedures within the ERP and related systems.
  • Model team-oriented behavior; lead co-workers on assigned tasks when needed.
  • Keep the workspace clean and safe; complete shift-specific duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support uptime and reliability.
