About The Position
Flexcraft is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support its plastics manufacturing operation. This role focuses on blow molding and injection molding equipment, offering an opportunity to work on specialized machinery rather than general maintenance. Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with 480V / 3-phase power
- Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals
- A technician who takes ownership and follows through
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly
- Partner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root cause
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements
- Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar)
