About The Position

Radius Aerospace- Hot Springs is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech with HVAC Experience to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems before they worsen. Requirements

Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Industrial maintenance experience
HVAC experience required
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Valid Driver's License required
Some basic computer and tablet knowledge
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Good regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
HVAC certification preferred
Knowledge of welding, fabricating, PLC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general industrial maintenance
Knowledgeable in hydraulic pumps
Safe work practice knowledge
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Electrical License/Training preferred

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain HVAC systems
Repair and maintain hydraulics and pneumatic systems
Perform routine maintenance around the facility such as fixing structural damage (windows, doors, walls)
Repair broken or leaking plumbing and restore full use of water fixtures
Work on damaged electrical wiring
Maintain the buildings HVAC equipment to keep climate control functioning properly
Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Paint the building when old paint has been peeled or chipped
Other tasks as assigned
