It also includes performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, and repairs to support manufacturing uptime and reliability. The technician will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor, drive, sensor, and control-system issues, and support PLC troubleshooting, automation equipment, equipment installations, machine upgrades, modifications, and production changeovers. Responsibilities also include completing maintenance work orders, parts usage records, PM documentation, and equipment repair notes, while following GMP, food safety, lockout/tagout, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. The role requires partnering with production, packaging, and operations teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement.
