About The Position
The Aspenwood Company is looking for a compassionate, friendly, meticulous individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with seniors. This opportunity is at our The Crestmoor at Green Hills, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community. You will be responsible for cleaning occupied/empty apartments and community areas, laundry as assigned, etc.
Requirements
- Must desire to work with seniors
- Must have a tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Satisfactory background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary
- We will train the right candidates
Responsibilities

Benefits
- $2,000 Sign on Bonus!
- $250, after 30 days of employment
- $250, after 90 days of employment
- $500, after 6 months of employment
- $1,000, after 1 year of employment
