About The Position

This role is for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Welder with a pay range of $29.17 - $40.11/hr. DOE. The shifts available are Day, Swing, and Graveyard. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after a 720-hour probation period. Professional references, education, and background checks will be conducted, and a post-offer/pre-employment physical and drug screen will be required.

Requirements

• Competent in reading blueprints
• Competent in understanding hydraulic/plumbing schematics and diagrams
• Support the McWane Way company Culture

Nice To Haves

• 2 years related journeyman experience preferred
