About The Position

A day in this role You arrive to a production floor that depends on your know-how. Before the first run, you ready equipment for the schedule ahead. When a line calls for help mid-shift, you diagnose, adjust, and return it to peak performance. Between emergencies, you execute planned maintenance, document your work from manuals and work orders, and keep your area safe and orderly.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 volts.
• Solid electrical diagnostics and repair capabilities.
• Broad maintenance and repair skill set spanning production and packaging equipment.
• Background in industrial electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and sustain production machinery and facility equipment across the plant.
• Set up machines for scheduled production, ensuring accurate adjustments and optimal readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues—mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical—then repair, test, and fine-tune to specification.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns during production; complete scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance during planned service windows.
• Read and interpret equipment documentation and work orders to plan and execute maintenance tasks.
• Replace components, verify function with appropriate tests and meters, and make final calibrations.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to safely complete assignments.
• Operate and repair forklifts in accordance with safety practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations while keeping workspaces clean and organized.
