We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Millwright who loves getting their hands dirty, solving mechanical mysteries, and keeping equipment running at its best. Nice To Haves

  • Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification or are working toward it.
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, trailer manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and power transmission systems.
  • Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Forklift, overhead crane, or rigging experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose and repair issues.
  • Align, assemble, and install machinery with precision.
  • Fabricate and weld components when custom repairs are needed.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
  • Work closely with production, fabrication, welding, and leadership teams to keep operations moving.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and shop efficiency.
