About The Position

Mister Car Wash is a rapidly growing car wash brand that is transforming car care. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of a team responsible for keeping sites running safely and efficiently. This role offers opportunities for skill development, ownership, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The schedule is flexible, with 5 days per week and any 2 days off besides Monday and Wednesday, from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This position starts at $26.00/hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience, including exposure to 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, control wiring, and powered equipment.
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire).

Nice To Haves

• VFD and PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
• Travel to various sites in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations.
• Utilize travel opportunities for technical growth and industry knowledge.
