As an Industrial Maintenance Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for maintaining and repairing advanced car wash systems across your assigned market. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of industrial, automotive, or commercial maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of: 3-phase electrical systems, Motors, relays, contactors, and control wiring, Hydraulics and pneumatics, Pumps, valves, plumbing, and mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with a clean driving record required
  • Flexible schedule with occasional nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial car wash equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
  • Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including 3-phase power and control wiring
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Complete scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs across multiple locations
  • Work closely with operations teams and fellow technicians to maintain safe, fully operational sites
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and new site openings
  • Utilize CMMS systems to document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance history
  • Maintain company inventory, tools, and replacement parts
  • Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety standards at all times
  • Supports 5-6 carwash locations.
