About The Position

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a top-tier food production company in a full-time capacity. This role includes the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment in a dynamic production environment. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in electrical and PLC systems.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Skilled in welding, electrical work, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC systems.
• Competency in welding and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a food production setting and additional welding expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair machinery, electrical systems, piping, and structures.
• Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, and milling machines for part fabrication and repairs.
• Diagnose and fix issues with production and facility equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete work orders and properly document all tasks performed.
• Keep the maintenance area tidy and organized.
• Safely handle and operate material-moving equipment.
• Assist in the execution of predictive and preventative maintenance plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Contribute to plant initiatives and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
