About The Position

Quad is seeking highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Electricians with expertise in PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems. The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of automation and control systems. The successful candidate will be a key player in keeping high-tech production equipment running smoothly in Quad's cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Hartford, WI, which is one of North America's largest commercial printing operations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience
Expertise in PLCs—including troubleshooting, modifying ladder logic, and working with control systems
Experience with motors, transformers, power distribution, and AC/DC drives
Ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule (6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM)

Nice To Haves

Experience in the printing industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics (including ladder logic and online programming)
Installing and maintaining relay and PLC-controlled systems
Servicing and calibrating AC/DC motors and drives
Working with voltages up to 480 VAC
Performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Reading blueprints and working with both standard and metric measurements
