Tradebe is seeking a Laborer to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety is the top priority. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
• Ability to work on-site and perform physical work
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with container movements and plant operations
• Perform housekeeping activities and area inspections
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures
• Support compliance with facility permits and regulations
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Perform other duties as assigned
