About The Position

C&H Industrial is urgently hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Maintenance Technicians who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to jump into hands-on industrial work. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where no two days are the same. You’ll work with high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and heavy-duty cleaning equipment to help keep industrial facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role offers $17.00 - $19.00/Hour with growth opportunities. It is suitable for individuals with experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance, warehouse work, construction, machine operation, or those who simply enjoy hands-on work.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work.
Comfortable working in demanding environments.
Able to pass drug screening and medical testing.
Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Operate hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty machines.
Inspect, maintain, and report issues with equipment.
Use PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Lift, climb, work in tight spaces, and perform physically active work.
Travel to different job sites.
Work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Work as part of a team.
