About The Position

This role involves keeping industrial facilities operating safely by working alongside an experienced crew operating high-pressure water blasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other specialized equipment. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors and indoors, solving challenges, and working with a team, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Ability to pass a medical screening and drug test.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, industrial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to safely operate hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuum equipment, and other specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Perform physical work by lifting, climbing, bending, walking, and working in demanding industrial environments.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures while wearing required PPE.
• Work in a variety of industrial facilities with occasional travel opportunities.
• Support your crew, communicate effectively, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns to keep operations running smoothly.
