We are looking for safety-driven ironworkers who can read drawings, work confidently at elevated heights, communicate effectively with crane operators and rigging crews, and complete quality work without constant supervision. Bengal has supported industrial, petrochemical, construction, crane, rigging, and heavy-transport projects across the Gulf South for more than 25 years.

  • Reliable transportation to Houston-area job sites
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and extended schedules when required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crane, rigging, and steel-erection crew
  • Strong safety awareness, communication, dependability, and attention to detail
