About The Position

The Industrial Facilities Cleaner performs both light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing environment. This role is accountable for assessing facility conditions at regular intervals and reporting hazards, repair needs, and opportunities for facility improvements to the Plant Manager. The position also involves filling in as backup for designated Mill Operator, Packaging Operator, and/or Baler Operator roles when needed, assisting with PM accountabilities, and performing other duties as required. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Requirements

• Skid Steer experience is needed
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to do simple math calculations

Nice To Haves

• One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting preferred
