About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Industrial Facilities Cleaner working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm with no overtime. The role involves performing janitorial duties in a manufacturing environment, assessing facility conditions, reporting hazards and repair needs, and potentially assisting with other operator roles and PM accountabilities. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Requirements

• Skid Steer experience is needed
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to do simple math calculations

Nice To Haves

• One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs both light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing environment
• Assesses facility conditions at regular intervals and reporting hazards identified, along with repair needs and other opportunities for facility improvements to the Plant Manager
• Fills in as back up for designated Mill Operator, Packaging Operator and/or Baler Operator when needed
• Assists with PM accountabilities as needed
• Performs other duties as required
