About The Position

Texas Instruments is actively seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, the Industrial Engineering Manager directs groups or functions performing and evaluating work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. As the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development of plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow, product assembly instructions and practices or accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. You will also establish policies and objectives for development. This role requires you to select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring the efficient operation of the function. Additionally, as the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will provide general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., industrial engineers, technicians).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related engineering degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor experience
