About The Position

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring transparent, reliable manufacturing data while shaping efficient production processes and digital shopfloor solutions. You’ll connect ERP, MES, and the shopfloor, creating the foundation for accurate planning, scalable operations, and fact‑based decision‑making — all in a global engineered‑to‑order manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, ideally in an engineered‑to‑order environment
• Strong understanding of ERP (SAP preferred), MES systems, and capacity planning
• Knowledge of work measurement methodologies (REFA, MTM, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Govern and maintain manufacturing master data (routings, work centers, standard times) in ERP and MES systems
• Develop and optimize routing structures that reflect real shopfloor processes
• Conduct time studies (e.g. REFA, MTM) and define standard times for costing, planning, and performance tracking
• Build capacity and workforce models aligned with demand and production plans
• Identify bottlenecks and support balanced, feasible production schedules
• Support MES integration (MDC, PDC, APS) to enable data‑driven manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
