About The Position
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining labor standards, improving labor utilization, and enhancing workflow and layout efficiency. This role involves identifying and reducing waste, leading continuous improvement programs, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing reports, training staff on new methods, and updating operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of work measurement, process optimization, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to analyze data, develop standard work, and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.

- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain labor standards by analyzing work methods, conducting time studies, and measuring work performance.
- Improve labor utilization through method analysis, testing process modifications, and recommending job restructuring.
- Enhance workflow and layout efficiency by analyzing process flows, workstations, and equipment, and proposing improvements or new procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and reduce waste by evaluating methods, equipment, and operator techniques.
- Lead and support work improvement and continuous improvement programs in collaboration with management and engineering teams.
- Prepare and present work analysis reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends.
- Complete improvement projects by training and guiding operators and supervisors on new methods and standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain operations guidelines, procedures, and work methods.
- Support Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 initiatives, leveraging manufacturing data to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and support organizational integrity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
