As we continue to scale our global platform, the Industrial Engineer will play a critical role in driving process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our Waxahachie Distribution Center. We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Waxahachie Distribution Center, where you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive productivity across distribution center operations. You will leverage lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and data analytics to identify bottlenecks, implement innovative solutions, and coach operational leaders toward a culture of continuous improvement. The Industrial Engineer delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, including internships or co-ops, with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools to monitor performance and drive process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with an intrinsically motivated, ownership-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing software systems, with Manhattan WMS preferred.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with operations leadership to understand challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment on improvement initiatives and consistency in results.
  • Act as a coach to operational leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the distribution center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Learning & Development to design training programs that build workforce proficiency and capability.
  • Drive process changes that improve ship-on-time and ship-in-full metrics, directly elevating the fan experience.
  • Streamline workflows and reduce waste to improve quality and speed for the customer.
  • Ensure distribution center operations meet regulatory and safety standards that protect both team members and the integrity of fan-facing fulfillment.
  • Monitor KPIs and translate performance data into actionable improvements that enhance reliability and consistency for fans worldwide.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions that can be standardized and scaled across facilities to drive efficiency gains and reduce manual processes.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve operational performance.
  • Serve as a building process and WMS expert, supporting root cause identification and resolution for operational problems.
  • Act with urgency and apply creative thinking to develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Take full accountability for process improvement outcomes, delivering measurable results against defined KPIs.
  • Develop and standardize process documentation, SOPs, and best practice guides to sustain gains and scale improvements.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for further improvement.
  • Navigate complexity and competing priorities while continuously raising the bar for performance and execution.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
