About The Position

This role focuses on industrial engineering within a manufacturing and assembly environment, requiring a strong understanding of production systems, process improvement, and ergonomic design. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
Minimum of 6 years of related industrial engineering experience.
Experience in manufacturing and assembly environments required.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Intermediate proficiency with email and collaboration platforms.
Strong knowledge of work measurement methodologies and labor standards.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Demonstrated expertise in ergonomic workstation design and evaluation.
Ability to analyze production systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and diverse work groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Ability to partner with leadership to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously.
Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing prior to the start of employment.

Nice To Haves

Automotive industry experience preferred.
Experience conducting line balancing activities (3–5 years preferred).
Experience coordinating system simulations and designing process buffers (3–5 years preferred).
