Position Summary: Responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing assembly systems using 2D/3D CAD, simulation tools and advanced automation technologies. Develop and validate production layouts, material flows, and line performance through discrete event simulation and digital factory modeling. Responsible to use Lean Manufacturing Tools for Assembly design and applying MTM to develop work instructions. This candidate will be responsible for preparing SOW, managing assembly system construction and deployment. Additionally is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities within the organization. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing overall system efficiency using industrial engineering principles and data driven decision making
