Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical)
1-3 years of prior relevant experience
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles
Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Performs cycle time and takt time analysis
Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing
Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
