About The Position

This role is fully remote and requires up to 90% travel. The Industrial Engineer will define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States. Responsibilities include trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity, reviewing, refining, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leading training for warehouse staff on engineered labor standards (ELS), and project management of strategic projects such as layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, and racking configurations. The role also involves supporting/coordinating warehouse management system (WMS) configuration, with the ability to translate operational requirements into WMS configurations/solutions. Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 to 4 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
