About The Position

The Industrial Engineer will support manufacturing engineers and project managers across different stages of projects. This role requires adaptability and a willingness to contribute to a variety of tasks as needed by the company and department to help meet team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated history of successfully completing projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE).
• Advanced proficiency in other engineering software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, or similar).
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.
• Working knowledge of advanced quality control tools, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication for creating technical documentation, reports, presentations, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering problems.
• Experience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing work environments.

Nice To Haves

• StandardPro and/or Modapts experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio).
