Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op programs)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts, financial modeling, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Results-driven with a hands-on approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Logical and structured thinker

Nice To Haves

Exposure to warehouse, distribution, 3PL, or manufacturing environments preferred
Experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
Exposure to optimization/modeling tools (e.g., Coupa, AnyLogistix, Blue Yonder) is a plus
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or transportation systems preferred
Understanding of Lean principles or Six Sigma concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing RFP requirements and translating customer needs into supply chain and warehouse solutions.
Support development of cost and pricing models aligned with company guidelines.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost drivers and support decision-making.
Build and maintain models using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Support network design activities including transportation flow analysis, inventory positioning, and scenario modeling using tools like Coupa, AnyLogistix, or similar platforms.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to support solution development, feasibility assessments, and proposal creation.
Assist in preparing client presentations, maintaining RFP tracking logs, and contributing to standardized pricing templates and continuous improvement initiatives.
