About The Position

You will be the Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support IAMD Production Operations Management. As the Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through advanced analysis, model development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling
Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Nice To Haves

Experience in aerospace defense industry
Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
Tableau / SQL / Python / Data Analytics experience
Experience with working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain simulation and analytical models for production operations.
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Support capacity planning and forecasting for IAMD production lines.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership.
