About The Position

The Industrial Engineer Sr Stf (Level 5) will be part of the Core Industrial Engineering team, responsible for supporting 1LMX preparation and execution, leading engineering standardization across facilities, and owning roadmaps and execution plans for digital integration. This role drives engineering excellence and ensures seamless implementation of industrial-engineering initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting all Industrial Engineering activities related to 1LMX preparation and execution, leading standardization of time standards, lean-six-sigma, layout optimization, and data governance across manufacturing sites, and developing and maintaining roadmaps and execution plans for engineering standardization and digital integration. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices, as well as monitoring progress, reporting status, and adjusting plans to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical area, from an accredited college in a related discipline.
  • Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)
  • Experience in leading multiple organizations to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
