Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Proficiency with CAD, process simulation, and data analysis software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers
  • Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
  • Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and process analysis
  • Optimize layouts, material flow, and workstation design
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
  • Analyze data to improve KPIs such as throughput and yield
  • Manage capital projects including automation and equipment upgrades
  • Report on performance, cost savings, and project progress
