Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and work study methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering: (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Graduation date no later then Dec. 2029.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integrated industrial systems that effectively combine people, systems, equipment, materials, and space. Focus on optimizing the use of all resources to achieve maximum efficiency and output.
  • Design and refine manufacturing methods, procedures, and production sequences. Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Conduct comprehensive data collection and perform detailed work studies to analyze operational effectiveness. Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, measure performance, and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Actively participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and other industrial engineering methodologies. Drive projects aimed at enhancing quality, reducing lead times, and improving overall operational performance.
  • Identify and analyze complex operational problems, developing innovative and practical solutions. Utilize problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and management, to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the operational goals and objectives of the organization.
