Requirements

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to exercise independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business partners, team members, stores and Store Support Center to simplify operations through implementation of process improvement methodologies such as Lean principles and Six Sigma.
• Learn and apply the DMAIC problem solving methodology.
• Prepare for and conduct Rapid Process Improvement (RPI) events.
• Plan store gemba’s.
• Tell the story from problem identification through implementation.
• Be involved in learning and understanding how time and motion developed labor standards work as inputs to our labor model and store schedules.
• Explore ways to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance data analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support smarter decision-making across CI initiatives.
