Our team is responsible for implementing process improvements and developing analytics tools to optimize production areas and drive business results. We develop and track key manufacturing health metrics to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar Engineering degree
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
- Must be a US Citizen.
- This position will require a government security clearance.
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Nice To Haves
- Tableau/SQL/Python/Data Analytics experience
- Experience in engineering software tools commonly used such as AutoCAD or Creo and Simulation Software (such as SIMIO, Process Sim, or others)
- Manufacturing Experience
- Facilities Layout/Factory Design Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
Responsibilities
- Conducting industrial engineering activities
- Driving continuous improvement projects
- Capturing cost savings
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and presenting recommendations to management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute new production areas and develop analytics tools
- Tracking and reporting cost and schedule performance to ensure project success
