Requirements

Minimum six years of industrial/commercial electrical experience
Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Experience operating aerial lifts and jobsite equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional-grade hand tools
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
Fire Alarm Certification (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
Install conduit, wiring, switchgear, panels, motors, lighting, and control systems
Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and system commissioning
Ensure work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards
Assist with planning manpower, materials, and equipment needs
Mentor apprentices and support field leadership
Conduct and participate in weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate project documentation including timecards, material requests, work orders, and change documentation
Promote a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
