About The Position
Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for industrial maintenance and plant electrical work in the Cape Girardeau, MO area. This is a full-time contract position with a pay range of $35-$50/hour, based on experience. The schedule and overtime may vary by site needs. The role involves supporting preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Requirements
- Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments
- Reliable transportation and ability to complete any site onboarding requirements
- Reliable transportation to the Cape Girardeau, MO area
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment
- Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation
- Diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely
