About The Position

We're building a brand-new sand processing plant and are looking for experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of the plant from the beginning—helping install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain the electrical systems that will keep a modern processing operation running safely and efficiently. Industrial plant electrical experience is required. This is a hands-on industrial position, not a residential or commercial electrician role. If you've worked in aggregate, mining, sand, cement, asphalt, concrete, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial processing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Hands-on industrial electrical experience in a processing or heavy industrial facility
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working safely around industrial equipment and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aggregate, sand processing, mining, cement, asphalt, concrete, manufacturing, bulk material handling, or other heavy industrial processing facilities
  • Experience with MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, motors, conveyors, instrumentation, and industrial controls

Responsibilities

  • Help build and commission a new sand processing facility from the ground up
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems
  • Perform electrical installation and startup work during plant construction and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot motors, controls, electrical distribution, and process equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation
  • Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems
  • Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
  • Support equipment startups, commissioning, and ongoing plant operations
  • Respond to electrical issues and help minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all applicable electrical, safety, and plant procedures
