Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent/military experience)
• 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting and schematic reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing)
• Reliable attendance and commitment to OSHA and company safety standards

Nice To Haves

• Tube mill or steel manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems on production equipment (LOTO required)
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Monitor equipment using manual and computerized maintenance systems
• Ensure safety guards and devices are properly installed and functioning
• Collaborate with team members to resolve safety, quality, and production issues
• Maintain clean, audit-ready workspaces
