About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for industrial maintenance and plant electrical work in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. This is a full-time contract position supporting industrial/manufacturing electrical and automation opportunities. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems and equipment, supporting preventive maintenance, and coordinating with various teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete any site onboarding requirements
• Reliable transportation to the Cedar Rapids, IA area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment
• Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation
• Diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely
