About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support critical plant operations. This role involves independence, complex troubleshooting, and working with advanced industrial systems. The position is a 1st shift role, working Monday-Friday from 6am-2:30pm. Initial paid training will be on 1st shift, with a transition to off-shift work afterward. This is a stable, long-term role in an aerospace industrial environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on off-shift
- Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and high-voltage equipment (up to 600V)
- High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V three-phase electrical systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals
- Support emergency repairs and participate in an on-call rotation
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures
- Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs
