About The Position

As an Electrician, you will work directly with plant machinery, electrical systems, and automation to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role provides an opportunity to troubleshoot complex systems, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance technical expertise within an industrial setting. The schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation, working from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant electrical experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree, apprenticeship program, or Journeyman license
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and hardware
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting in an industrial setting

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot PLC systems, AC drives, and control wiring to ensure optimal performance
• Interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic to diagnose and resolve issues
• Support parts ordering and collaborate with team members to improve processes and reliability
