About The Position
Lead electrical reliability for a major U.S. steel manufacturer. This day-shift leadership role gives you real authority, support, and a facility investing in predictive technologies.
Requirements
- Engineering degree OR 5+ years electrical experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, troubleshooting
- Industrial systems experience (HVAC, baghouse, switchyard, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop electrical maintenance techs
- Oversee electrical systems, cranes, utilities, and plant infrastructure
- Drive preventive/predictive maintenance
- Improve reliability with operations
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
- Use CMMS and CAD for planning and troubleshooting
