Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong experience with: 480V / 3-phase electrical systems, Motor controls, VFDs, PLC I/O troubleshooting
Proven control wiring experience including: Running conduit, Pulling wire, Terminating connections, Building or modifying panels
Ability to read and update electrical schematics
Welding and fabrication experience
Technical diploma, Journeyman card, or equivalent hands-on experience
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb, and work in confined spaces
Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix troubleshooting
Ability to perform minor PLC programming edits
Robotics maintenance experience
Experience using predictive maintenance tools and technologies
NFPA 70E qualification

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V
Diagnose issues involving: Motors, Motor controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLC I/O systems
Install, modify, and maintain control wiring and electrical panels
Run conduit, pull wire, terminate connections, and build or modify electrical systems
Troubleshoot mechanical systems including: Bearings, Gearboxes, Pneumatics, Hydraulics
Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and control drawings
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
Perform welding and fabrication as needed
Document maintenance activities using our CMMS system
Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, Arc Flash, and NFPA 70E requirements
Assist with continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and production performance
