About The Position

Meta Reality Labs is shaping the future of technology and Meta’s Industrial Design team is helping bring this next generation of hardware to life. You have experience creating world class solutions and use strategic thinking and hands-on skills to create compelling products.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products
• Clear communication, visualization, and problem solving skills
• Fluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX
• Experience exploring and refine ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping
• Expertise in designing for mass production
• Excel in highly ambiguous situations

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
