In this position, you will be providing incredible service to one of our valued partners! Looking for forklift operator/general cleaner. Training on 2 types of forklifts to empty metal hoppers and barrels, and other forklift usage, along with handling other mechanical equipment. Will be responsible for emptying water tanks, refilling waste oil reservoirs and working with coolant and oils.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting
- Detailed oriented
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Enthusiastic and have a very strong work ethic
- Dependable as regular and reliable attendance is a MUST
- Take pride in a job well done
- Possess teamwork and diversity awareness
- Must clear an OTIS background search
Responsibilities
- Operating 2 types of forklifts to empty metal hoppers and barrels
- Operating other forklift equipment
- Handling other mechanical equipment
- Emptying water tanks
- Refilling waste oil reservoirs
- Working with coolant and oils
- Performing general cleaning duties
- Machine maintenance (every other week)
