This role involves installing epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic flooring systems, performing surface preparation, and assisting with commercial and industrial painting projects.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring, commercial painting, concrete restoration, construction, or a related skilled trade
Experience operating power tools and surface preparation equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass customer-required background screenings
Comfortable working overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours when projects require

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic flooring systems
Perform surface preparation including concrete grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and minor concrete repairs
Assist with commercial and industrial painting projects
Operate grinders, pressure washers, HEPA vacuums, and other specialized equipment
Complete industrial cleaning and site preparation
Follow safety procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship
Work alongside a professional team to complete projects on schedule
