About The Position

As an Industrial Cleaner, you are the backbone of safety and efficiency at our client’s automotive assembly plant. Working as a dedicated Sanitation Technician, your daily routine will include cleaning paint booth stations and surrounding areas using approved industrial chemicals and supplies, removing paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete surfaces, assisting with deep project cleaning, including lifting and moving metal flooring grates, operating machinery such as pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers, and acting as a facility Custodian by replacing filters, reporting maintenance issues to your supervisor, and working safely in confined or elevated spaces. Requirements

  • High work ethic
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in hot/dirty conditions with fully provided safety gear
  • Dependability: An excellent attendance and on-time record is absolutely required.
  • Communication: Ability to understand daily written and verbal instructions and safety training.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in hot or dirty industrial environments (all proper PPE/protective gear is fully provided!).
  • Safety-First Mindset: Willingness to successfully complete required safety training, including Ladder Safety, Confined Work Space, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
