Opportunity Highlights Starting Pay: $18.90/hr Shift: Rotating shift (38 hours one week, 42 hours the next) Weekly Pay Career Growth: After 12 months, opportunity to advance to SDS Operator with a $3/hour increase upon certification What will you do? Make an impact! Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in drum storage and processing areas at a Tradebe plant, ensuring the proper handling, staging, and processing of materials in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift experience required.
- Hazardous waste experience preferred; able to follow SOPs and perform basic math.
- Able to wear a respirator, pass required screenings, and work assigned on-site schedule.
- Must read/write English and perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and kneeling.

Responsibilities
- Safely unload trailers and process waste materials.
- Stage, store, and prepare materials for processing.
- Track drum storage and movements accurately.
- Inspect forklifts daily and perform basic maintenance.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
